TID Requests – All TID requests must be sent to ITHELPDESK. The request must contain the staff members Staff ID (which is issued by Payroll once all paperwork has been submitted and verified), full name and the % of discount they are entitled to. A Staff ID is 4 digits in length e.g. 1234, a clock number is not valid  for a staff member to be setup with a till id on Beanstore it must be their employee code as outlined above
