TID Password reset – Every 90 days Beanstore will ask till users to change their password for security reasons. When the user logs in a prompt will ask them to choose a new password, however, some users will not notice/ignore the request and will scan an item instead. In this situation a request needs to be sent to the ITHELPDESK to have the password reset.
